3D Gait Analysis is a sophisticated method of evaluating the way you move with advanced motion capture technology to create a three-dimensional model of your gait (how you run).
This allows us to analyze every aspect of your form, from the way your feet strike the ground to the alignment of your knees and pelvis.
With this technology, we can provide a comprehensive assessment that is highly accurate and tailored to your unique biomechanics.

How it Works:

A series of reflective markers will be strategically placed at key points on your body to capture your movements from all angles

Our motion capture system will record and capture your movements and generate a 3D model of your gait

The 3D model of your gait will be analyzed to create a detailed analysis, identifying specific areas for improvement and suggesting targeted interventions to enhance recovery and performance

Based on the suggestions, a personalized plan will be created to implement feedback, strengthen target muscle groups, and incorporate form corrections
